Michael's Tasty PogaMoonga Smoothies


Papa Poga’s Choice

Straight-up, and chilled - one gulp from a PogaMoonga shot glass. "Yummy"


Poga Breakfast OJ

1 oz PogaMoonga

6-8 oz your favorite Orange Juice 

Shake or stir juices together


Poga Breakfast Veggie Drink

1 oz PogaMoonga

6-8 oz V8 or your favorite Vegetable Juice 

Shake or stir juices, drink for a great start for your day.


Poga Mango Smoothie (135 calories, 5 fat calories)

1 oz PogaMoonga

6 oz Yoplait Light fat free “Apricot Mango” Yogurt

2 oz 1% milk

1- 1 ½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender whip until smooth.  Hint; if you don’t like frozen drinks double the milk content, or for lower calorie drink replace milk with water.

"Make it a double or triple and share your Poga with friends."


Bloody Mary Moonga (Shirley Temple)

1 – 2oz PogaMoonga

3oz Bloody Mary mix (Mr. & Mrs. T’s is my choice)

Shake or stir; serve over crushed ice.

Poga Strawberry Banana Delight

1 oz PogaMoonga

6 oz Yoplait Light fat free “banana strawberry” Yogurt

2 oz 1% milk

1- 1 ½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender whip until smooth.  Hint; if you don’t like frozen drinks double the milk content, or for lower calorie drink replace milk with water.


Poga Colada

1 oz PogaMoonga

½ cup 1% milk “Use what U got”

1 frozen banana

1 t shredded coconut

¼ cup crushed pineapple

½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender puree until smooth.  Hint; if you don’t like frozen drinks double the milk content, or for lower calorie drink, replace milk with water.

“Kind of BLAH that way though!”


Poga Power Shake

1oz PogaMoonga

1 banana sliced

½ cup orange juice

1 cup low fat soymilk (vanilla is best)

1 T Peanut butter

½ cup strawberries

½ cup pineapple

½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender puree until smooth without ice chunks.  Higher in calories, but it is kicking with energy.  This is a large one so you can even boost it up to 2 oz of PogaMoonga if desired!

 “You can get a Ton of calling done after finishing this one”.


Poga Orange “Dream Sickle” Treat

1 oz PogaMoonga

6 oz Yoplait Light fat free “Vanilla” Yogurt

4 oz orange juice

1 - 1 ½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender whip until smooth. Don’t look until the blending is almost done! “You looked DIDN’T YOU?”

“The taste may bring back a childhood memory or two” Or for some, a more recent one!

*You can add a 4oz lunch pack of Mandarin Oranges and use Yoplait thick and creamy French Vanilla yogurt to make this one extra creamy.


Poga Strawberry Banana Delight “Full”

1 oz PogaMoonga

2 oz Non-fat ½ and ½  creamer 

6 oz Yoplait Light fat free “Banana Strawberry” Yogurt

1 Banana “cut up” (frozen works best)

¼ cup or three to four Fresh Strawberries

1 - 1 ½ cup crushed ice

Place all contents in a blender whip until smooth and ice chunks go away. Similar as the other recipe except “Full” of fruit and uses Non-fat ½ and ½ in place of milk so I guess it’s different! However, it is nearly impossible to detect the  PogaMoonga.  "My wife even likes this one!"
